When users issue their password on a tablet or self-service totem, they can choose between printing or reading a QR code, which will generate the password on their Smartphone. Technical information
PassPanel is a suite of 3 applications. PassTotem, which is used to issue passwords, PassPanel, an "Application Server" that will allow access to the call screen or the back-end, and PassClient, responsible for calling up passwords. The entire deployment of applications is performed remotely by one of our specialized technicians, and the buyer is only responsible for providing access.

Esta versão do PassPanel possui Licença Vitalícia LITE, ou seja, valor de compra única sem atualizações inclusas (Por CNPJ / 01 Emissor). A Licença adquirida poderá ser utilizada sem limite de tempo. As atualizações são opcionais e podem ser adquiridas apenas pelo valor de upgrade, sem necessidade de aquisição de nova licença.
A licença LITE é voltada para atender às necessidades básicas de atendimento, portanto possue as seguintes limitações técnicas em comparação com as licenças PRO e PRIME:
- Máximo de 10 setores / Filas de atendimento
- Máximo de 10 usuários cadastrados
- Não é possível selecionar atendentes no emissor
- Não é possível criar pesquisas de satisfação
- Não é possível receber sugestões
- Número limitado de Indicadores e relatórios
- Não possui Chat
O Suporte relacionado ao software é vitalício e sem custo, desde que relacionado a erros do software. Incidentes relacionados à infraestrutura, backup e outros problemas externas poderão gerar cobrança adicional de suporte mediante aprovação do cliente.
